REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory UAE experience in civil, construction, project management, or developer projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale construction/development projects.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approvals, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus).
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and construction projects in line with company standards and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, developers, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication across all departments.
