We are seeking an accomplished Civil Construction Project Manager with expertise in underground utilities and earthwork to join our team. In this role, you will manage earthwork and underground utilities infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.
