Job Description As a Project Manager, you will provide technical expertise across a range of projects and play an integral role in managing project and team performance and driving project outcomes. You will be involved in all aspects of the project delivery process from conceptual, detailed design, contract documentation and contract administration. You will use your comprehensive knowledge of the development industry and work with our clients to help them bring their projects to life. Our clients are varied and diverse and include developers looking to maximise their land’s development, government agencies creating or improving public infrastructure and community spaces, and institutional and corporate owners expanding their portfolio or refurbishing existing assets. As consultants, engineers and operators of sustainable infrastructure and mobility services, we think differently, we provide end-to-end services for the benefit and convenience of our clients. Qualifications Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a civil engineer / project manager within a consultancy environment with demonstrated expertise in project management. In addition, you will also have: Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or similar Demonstrated experience in Greenfield/Brownfields Subdivision and Infrastructure projects Knowledge of Autocad advantageous Excellent understanding & proficiency in Office Suite, Excel and Project A thorough understanding of Civil engineering principles A thorough understanding of land development and delivery process The ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and within tight timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders, authorises, clients and contractors at all levels Strong organisation and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities Additional Information We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
