JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a solid background in civil engineering and proven experience in the UAE to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
• Minimum 5-15 years of experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations, permits, and approval processes.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or building projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, high-rises).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and safety standards.
• Budgeting and cost control expertise.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
