QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a minimum of 5 years working with the construction company in a related field.
• 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale commercial, multifamily and municipal renovation and/or roofing construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Projects).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
