Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Coordination:

  • Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Lead client meetings, establish communication channels, and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Development, Implementation, and Training teams to plan and deliver projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly and escalating where necessary.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable plans, ensuring internal alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing consistent updates and managing expectations.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools.
  • Ensure effective allocation and booking of resources to meet project milestones.
  • Track project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
  • Oversee the delivery of tasks, ensuring scheduling and coordination for the project team.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

  • Produce regular status and risk reports for key stakeholders.
  • Submit detailed project status updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
