We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee restoration construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing budgets, ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (commercial, industrial, or restoration preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Blue Beam).
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, materials, and costs
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications required
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and management skills
