JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of products or services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus)
  • 3–7 years of experience managing client-facing projects
  • Proven track record of delivering products or services on time and within budget
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with client onboarding and post-implementation support

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for client delivery engagements
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external clients
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, operations, and support
  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet goals
  • Manage project scope, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes
  • Prepare regular status reports and hold project review meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement
