Job Description
As a vital part of our Client Implementation Team in Berlin, our Project Managers are the driving force behind the technical and operational connection to our systems for both new and existing B2B customers. With precision and expertise, we ensure seamless integration, facilitating smooth interactions with our delivery management platform. Our mission is to support our clients throughout their integration journey, bridging the gap between technology and operational success.

Responsibilities
  • Overall Project Management from kick-off to go-live.
  • Being the central point of contact for all internal and external parties.
  • Managing stakeholders while balancing business and technical needs.
  • Configuration of our internal systems and API interface for data exchange (no programming required).
  • Support the customers’ development team with software configuration, such as testing of interfaces and data flows.
  • Preparation of operational processes for parcel shipping from the customer’s outgoing goods warehouse.
