ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our client projects from inception to completion. This role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• German at native speaker level and fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables efficiently
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to maintain schedule
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success
• Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and communicate changes in scope, timeline, or budget
• Document project requirements, processes, and outcomes
