QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and preventing mistakes.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and other productivity software.
  • Ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists, etc.).
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Marketing background or familiarity with marketing strategies and terminology.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring that tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are set, and everyone involved knows what’s expected.
  • Follow-Ups & Accountability: Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are meeting their deadlines and provide reminders or support as needed. Hold clients accountable for their tasks, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Quality Assurance: Review project details to ensure accuracy and that all client requirements are met. Double-check for errors or oversights on the client’s side and take proactive steps to address them.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing team to ensure that deliverables are aligned with client expectations. Provide the team with any necessary client feedback or adjustments.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues before they arise and proactively address challenges in project timelines or deliverables.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed notes of client meetings, project status updates, and any changes or delays in timelines. Provide regular reports to upper management.
