SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Manages open orders and develops new business for assigned existing customer accounts. Initiates and coordinates order progress from quote request through order closeout by managing appropriate spec, estimating, graphics, approvals, product introduction, manufacturing schedules, purchase order issuance, installation, invoicing, receivable and closeout of order. Collaborates and works with other departments to complete projects with full customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION:

  • College graduate or equivalent education

EXPERIENCE:

· Must have knowledge of and experience in customer service & account management
· Excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep projects on schedule is required
· Has some experience in the outdoor sign industry

· Completed all training and is knowledgeable of materials, scheduling, inventory, manufacturing and installation process. Demonstrate an understanding of customer services processes.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greenfield, WI 5322

Responsibilities
  1. Knowledgeable of the branding specification and standard products for the assigned existing customer accounts.
  2. Coordinates all order projects to ensure on time delivery by managing planning schedules, interfacing with departments to maintain schedules and calling appropriate meetings to guarantee an understanding of objectives at all levels.
  3. Functions as the primary voice to client for all open orders/projects. Keeps client informed and responds to the client’s requests according to department procedures.
  4. Build solid relationships with assigned existing customer accounts by providing efficient, effective service, proactive problem solving and suggestions on their processes.
  5. Understands Everbrite standard processes and be a process owner.
  6. Keeps Account Executive(s), Manufacturing Rep(s) and/or Customer Services Manager(s) informed on a timely/need to know basis.
  7. Follows-up with appropriate departments to ensure order requirements are available for those departments to complete their tasks on schedule whether produced in-house, subcontracted or a complete buyout.
  8. Coordinate installation package for signs, where applicable, from vendor selection process through site completion and invoicing. Negotiate installation costs to achieve proper gross margins, verify appropriate signage per codes, coordinate on time product shipment and installation to meet store openings while maintaining a controlled status of contracts with customers.
  9. Travels within assigned area of operation as required meeting with construction managers, general contractors, customers or regional corporate customers when applicable. Reviews field problems, recommends or provide solutions, and prepares reports and documentation to ensure follow-up that resolves problems or situations.
  10. Coordinates account information by collaborating with appropriate members of the Account Team to ensure appropriate teamwork to service the account.
  11. Contribute best thinking to the organization; expected to share unique experiences, education and insight and to continue to add to personal skills and education to help the organization meet the challenges it faces. Has an obligation to question and even challenge policies and to suggest better ways of doing things.
  12. All other duties as assigned.
