ClinChoice, is searching for a Project Manager to join one of our partner companies, a large pharmaceutical company in Germany. This is an office-based role, in Ludwigshafen, Germany. It is 1 FTE, until the end of December 2025.
ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO with a strong focus on quality, professional development and supportive culture. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, like pharmacy or engineering or related scientific field.
  • Skilled in the initiation, selection, coordination, and management of projects and can solve unique problems.
  • Effective communication, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal skills (ability to work in a team daily).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
  • 1-3 years working experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical product development cycle.
  • Design history file and combination product development experience.
  • Understanding of relevant related regulatory requirements for combination product development in global markets (United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America).
Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for project intake, prioritization, and assessing scope of work for new device development projects.
  • Supporting the cross-functional team with standard project management tasks including but not limited to: note-taking, communications, planning, prioritizing, and presenting key information to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective use of meetings by clearly defining objectives, agendas, inviting the team members specifically required, and post-publishing minutes and actions.
  • Driving continuous improvement on project management processes and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Participation in local/global meetings and teleconferences (held in both English and German).
  • Close communication and cooperation with neighbouring research and development functions in Germany and multiple locations in the USA.
