Employment Type: Full Time Exempt (up to June 2026)

Remuneration: $127,150 - $144,444 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in building and maintain trusted relationships with a broad range of clinical and health system stakeholders, and confidence facilitating one on one and group discussions.
  • Knowledge of relevant trends, issues, policies and practices across diverse portfolio of health projects and an understanding of quality improvement methodologies;
  • Understanding and experience in the health system and capacity to critically appraise research and interpret clinical and population health data and information; and
  • Relevant tertiary clinical or allied health qualification along with understanding and experience working within the NSW Health system or other health systems; in particular experience working with clinicians.
Responsibilities

This role will manage, implement, monitor and coordinate clinical advisory groups, as well as design, implement and evaluate projects focusing on improving cancer system performance; ensuring these projects meet identified needs and realise maximum benefits for the health system. As part of the clinical engagement and cancer care optimization program and the Reporting for Better Cancer Outcomes Program, the team works across the organisation and with key external stakeholders including NSW Pillars, Ministry of Health, local health districts and primary health networks to drive the delivery of system improvement program strategies and reduce unwarranted clinical variation.
