Description
Location: Kai Tak Employment Period: 1-year contract Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery ( Business Case Development, Design, Implementation and Closure) Plan and lead projects working with cross-functional teams( Onshore and Offshore) in IT and Business to deliver project outcomes using traditional waterfall, hybrid, or agile delivery models. Develop and maintain a detailed financial plan and resource allocation plan for the project. Deliver, maintain and update high-quality project artefacts, reporting, and documentation. Engage with and manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and external partners. Support change management, compliance, and continuous improvement Identify and manage the project changes, risks and issues promptly that may impact project delivery. Maintain continuous communication with the stakeholders, working groups, and steering committee on the project status and project reporting. Promote continuous learning within the project team and a collaborative team environment. Mentor junior project managers and team members and champion best-practice delivery. Requirements A recognised university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Project Management methodologies At least 5+ years in project/program delivery within complex enterprise environments Experience managing large-scale technology projects ($10M+), navigating vendor-heavy projects/programs Proven experience in working with Executives and Senior Stakeholders Previous experience in contract/vendor negotiations and management Excellent communication skills, as well as influencing and leadership skills Professional project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
