Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in project management. The Project Manager will be confident reporting directly to the C-suite and working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently met
  • Define project goals, scope, and success metrics in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining proactive communication
  • Provide clear, consistent updates and documentation to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project
  • Support the development of business cases, project roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams
  • Encourage the adoption of structured delivery methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches where appropriate
