Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments including sales, detailing, operations, superintendents, shop, etc.
  • Coordinate project requirements with the contractor’s rep as well as with the rebar installer, engineer and or architect
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to appropriate staff, workers and customers
  • Interpretation and application of job contracts
  • Oversee efforts to ensure that CMC fulfills contractual obligations on the assigned project(s) and review all RFI’s and change orders
  • Represent the company in project meetings as needed
  • Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and CMC production staff as needed
  • Travel safely to and from project sites
