We are what you’re looking for.     The Role  CBH Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of discrete capital projects across our Operational Zones within the Expand and Enhance portfolio.    Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, this role is responsible for managing complex projects from concept through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently and in line with CBH’s governance, cost and schedule expectations.     Key responsibilities  Lead the planning and delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment to CBH’s Project Management Framework, safety systems and governance requirements.   Develop and deliver detailed scopes of work, project plans, business cases, schedules and risk assessments that meet defined business outcomes.   Provide technical, planning and execution support across safety, design, contract administration, commissioning, asset integration and project close-out activities.   Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers, ensuring strong safety performance, value for money and alignment with CBH values.   Identify and actively manage project risks, opportunities and dependencies, ensuring visibility and effective mitigation across the project lifecycle.   Support project cost estimating, forecasting, schedule management and reporting in collaboration with Project Controls.   Lead, coach and support team members and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes under changing priorities and constraints.      About You  Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management  Demonstrated experience delivering capital projects within an owner’s team, EPCM or large contractor environment  Proven capability across project planning, cost estimating, scheduling and risk management  Sound knowledge of contracts and procurement strategies across a range of commercial models  Previous experience working on civil, structural, mechanical and/or electrical projects   Experience navigating approvals pathways (desirable)   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, including Microsoft Project  Ability to travel on a regular basis as required by the project    Why work with CBH?   Work with meaning and being part of something bigger   Play a critical role in moving WA’s grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
