As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our biotech/pharma clients and end-users at clinical testing sites and laboratories globally. Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships, as well as overseeing various tasks and milestones across multiple concurrent studies in APAC. This role entails orchestrating day-to-day operations and facilitating seamless interactions among internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution of each project lifecycle. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, good at thinking on their feet and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for client service, possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, execute tasks with precision, balance concurrent projects and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain relationships with our client's APAC users and end-clients. Coordinate activities and interactions among diverse groups, both internally and externally, across multiple simultaneous projects Lead customer calls and communicate updates to drive timely project success as well as site meetings and training sessions Monitor patient visits in real-time, offering proactive and reactive support to users Collaborate closely with site staff and pharma employees to ensure seamless implementation and prompt issue resolution Work directly with the Implementation Leadership team and work cross-functionally with internal teams Attend client meetings with the APAC lead to share insight into our deployment and ongoing support process Job Requirements: Ability to effectively manage projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written 5+ years of customer-facing project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects/stakeholders Persistence and creativity to navigate obstacles and solve complex problems A keen enthusiasm for leveraging new technology to drive innovation and progress Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Fluent English Job Highlights: Work Environment: Fun, open, and family-like atmosphere.
