Description

The MEP Project Manager leads the planning, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-protection systems for commercial, healthcare, industrial, or mission-critical projects valued . You will serve as the primary owner of schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through project close-out.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–12 years of progressive MEP project management experience on design-build or design-assist commercial projects .
  • Professional license (PE, CEM, or PMP) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, Procore/CMiC.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification; current first-aid/CPR preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and under budget with GCIP or OCIP experience.

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Pre-Construction

  • Develop detailed MEP execution plans, resource-loaded schedules, and procurement timelines.
  • Review design drawings, specifications, BIM models, and submittals for constructability, code compliance, value-engineering opportunities, and coordination with architectural and structural elements.
  • Lead MEP design-assist or design-build efforts with in-house engineers and external A/E partners.
  • Generate scopes of work, bid packages, and subcontractor/vendor RFPs; evaluate proposals and negotiate master service agreements, subcontracts, and major equipment purchase orders.
