About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum Master Program Manager Program Management and Agile Methodologies. Experience in Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. In this role, you will: Oversee the successful delivery of projects by applying expertise in CX-Scrum Master and Agile Methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and ensure seamless execution. Implement program management strategies to optimize resources and improve project outcomes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability. Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster collaboration and resolve any project-related issues. Utilize Psft-Program Management skills to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency. Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Lead project meetings to review progress address challenges and plan next steps. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to project success. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Collaborate with domain experts in Cards & Payments to integrate industry-specific insights into project planning and execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and deliver superior results. What you need to have to be considered Possess a strong background in CX-Scrum Master CX-Program Manager and Agile Methodologies with proven experience in managing complex projects. Demonstrate proficiency in Psft-Program Management to effectively oversee project execution. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable and will be considered a valuable asset. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Show a track record of successfully delivering projects within scope time and budget constraints. Display strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes. Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all project deliverables. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $117,000 – $134,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
