Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Project Manager – 1.6T Ramp-Up (Ipoh).  * Lead end-to-end ramp of 1.6T products, ensuring readiness across test, production, equipment, and supply chain.  * Own ramp plan, capacity, and timeline; track output, yield, and uptime.  * Ensure tester readiness (e.g., Hydra/BER), drive >95% uptime, and resolve bottlenecks quickly.  * Manage NPI to mass production transition with stable processes and strong yield performance.  * Coordinate cross-functionally (Test Eng, PE, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain) as single point of contact.  * Plan manpower and align resources to ramp priorities.  * Identify risks early, drive mitigation, and escalate critical issues.  * Track KPIs (output, yield, downtime) and provide regular updates.  * Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cycle time, and cost.  * Requires engineering degree, 5–10 years in manufacturing/test, and strong execution skills.
