Reporting to the Area Manager, the Project Manager oversees the management and coordination of paving projects with respect to technical requirements, budget, and timelines. In addition, the incumbent is managing work related to concrete production and delivery. The Project Manager is required to plan, organize, and support the operation. This position is primarily a field role and responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all facets of the local operations to ensure high standards of workmanship, and efficiency are met within the requirements set forward by the Company, the Owners, and regulations.
Also responsible for compliance with required safety and work regulations, policies and procedures. This includes, but not be limited to the efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials by the crews, as well as continuous reporting on personnel, costs, safety, equipment, and administration.
