Job Description In This Role, You Will Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team. Successfully organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes. Support the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules. Read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Background in at least two of the following areas: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, or Cost Estimating, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions. Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Experience with scheduling software. Proficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools. Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification, quantification, response, and control related to the master schedule. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Excellent English language skills are mandatory. Availability for national business travel.
Responsibilities
