Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project planning tools and methodologies, including PMBOK.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and their application in a project environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in using systems such as Confluence for documentation and collaboration purposes.
