We want you, an energetic, dynamic and responsible project manager with relevant experience in the built environment sector, specifically for interior renovations, addition and alteration works to join our firm in this exciting journey. Mainly focusing on commercial buildings, offices, industrial, aviation and the transport infrastructure and assets.
The successful candidate will report to the Project Director / Managing Director, collaborate with department HODs and team members of a project team.

Key responsibilities

• Be the point of contact and liaison for scheduling / planning / execution of work for our workers and sub-contractors
• Overall site manager with planned periodic updates and reports internally and externally, including liaison with tenant owners, S.Os, employer representatives, MCSTs and FM counterparts.
• Resolve site issues, challenges and conflicts where necessary
• Ensure smooth and successful delivery of any tasked project
• Plan overall master and micro project schedules, in Gantt chart formats, execute as tasked
• End-to-end follow ups on contract and variations till closure of accounts.
• Assist the team in bids with PM proposals; planning, VE, health and safety, risk assessments etc
