NexVentur is seeking a Project Manager to join our clients’ team on commercial build projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin region.
As a Civil Engineering & Commercial Build contractor, embracing modern methods of construction, our client requires a competent candidate with live Commercial Build experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team who have 5+ years’ work ahead in the Dublin/Greater Dublin region.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience managing commercial build projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern construction methods.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams, with excellent people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of current Irish building regulations, standards, and safety practices.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to complex project challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial build projects in live environments.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain close communication with the client, stakeholders, and design teams, providing regular progress updates.
  • Implement and monitor project controls, risk assessments, and change management procedures.
  • Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and commercial reporting in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure full compliance with Irish health & safety legislation.
  • Support the development of site-based teams through mentoring and continuous professional development.
