Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including site preparation, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to develop detailed project plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets Prepare project reports, schedules, and budgets for management and stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and project personnel Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Participate in pre-construction meetings, site inspections, and client communications as needed Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
