Project Manager - Commercial Construction
As a full-service construction management firm working in all 50 states, we specialize in-house services that span all phases of the construction process. Because of our depth and breadth of services, our project managers have the opportunity to run projects of every scope and size while fostering a multitude of client and subcontractor relationships. As a Project Manager , you will plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate for this role must have a demonstrated understanding of constructability with an ability to run projects profitably and to the clients’ satisfaction, while maintaining effective communication both internally and externally. In the construction industry, there is no room for error when it comes to safety, finance, and quality craftsmanship. The candidate we’re looking for will have the ability to lead by example, work well under pressure, is adaptable to multiple work environments, juggles multiple projects at a time, and manages client expectations while executing our core principles.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience in construction management

  • BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage all financial aspects of projects
  • Analytical skills to comprehend complex details of a project to fit the scope of work
  • Problem solving skills to understand the root cause of issues as they arise to ensure successful outcomes
  • Effective communication on and off the jobsite
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Response time fanatic
