Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. #LAT \n Responsibilities: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage change orders Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Review and approve contracts, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff \n $100,000 - $140,000 a year \n
