Description

Raconteur is a B2B media brand focused on creating content that challenges and inspires modern business leaders.
In recent years we have expanded our digital product suite and invested heavily into our data, audience and creative functions. That, combined with our long-standing distribution partnership with The Times and The Sunday Times, gives Raconteur a highly competitive market proposition.
Our vision is to become the go-to resource for senior business leaders and the partner of choice for the B2B brands that want to influence their purchase decisions.
In 2023 Raconteur became one of just three media brands to be certified as a B-Corp, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. In 2024, Raconteur was acquired by TechnologyAdvice, as US based digital media company specialising in lead and demand generation solutions.
All of this means it’s a truly exciting time to join the Raconteur team and contribute to the next phase of growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to join Raconteur’s Commercial Content Team and lead the charge on exciting, high-impact campaigns. From managing digital and print campaigns to collaborating across teams and ensuring flawless execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success and exceeding client expectations.
You are a dynamic and organised professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and serve as the linchpin that connects teams and clients, contributing significantly to our success story.
Location: United Kingdom, Hybrid in our central London office on Thursdays.

Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for day-to-day comms with clients, successfully building relationships with agency partners, head of departments and external clients, ensuring first-class relationships.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle of sponsored content campaigns, inc. pre-sales support, production timelines, budget estimates, resourcing and creation, demand gen, run-ons, and post-campaign analysis - as appropriate for both digital and print campaigns.
  • Proactively support the Creative Director when it comes to managing the CCT’s resources and capacity, including scheduling and assigning relevant resources; leading team scheduling meetings; and other internal resource meetings (i.e. design).
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery deadlines are hit, campaigns are delivered within budget and clients’ expectations are exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively across editorial, sales, and production teams to ensure excellence throughout the process.
  • Recognise the simultaneous need for rigorous adherence to process and the flexibility to adapt to inevitable changes along the way.
  • Manage clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring that everyone is kept fully informed at all times.
  • Recognise and embrace the multi-faceted nature of the role and its essential role in helping to foster client account growth.
