About The Opportunity Programmed Property Services is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Toowoomba. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter to put down the tools and begin the next stage of their professional journey. Our team is known for providing exceptional painting services to a variety of clients across education, aged care and strata in Toowoomba. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships while managing the operations of our site-based teams. Key Responsibilities * Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our client. * Manage and deliver projects across the contract. * Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for the projects. * Arrange all materials and equipment for the sites. * Deliver contract and progress reporting. * Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget. * Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team.
