We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of plumbing projects across a variety of sectors including hotel, multi-family, and tenant improvement.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and according to plan. This individual will be a key point of contact between field crews, general contractors, subcontractors, and the internal team, and will play a vital role in maintaining workflow, communication, and accountability across each job.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing (hotel, multi-family, TI work)
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification books
  • Familiarity with Foundation Software preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to foster a positive company culture and contribute to team development

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple project schedules and coordinate crew calendars, job walks, meetings, and appointments
  • Ensure projects stay on track by monitoring progress, reviewing timelines, and making schedule adjustments as needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align manpower, deliveries, and execution with project requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to confirm installation progress and adherence to blueprints and spec books
  • Prepare and submit change orders and RFIs; track and follow through as needed
  • Assist estimating team and/or Senior PMs with pricing and change order development
  • Support safety compliance on all project sites; ensure use of current drawings, specs, and documents
  • Attend job walks and relay site conditions to the estimating team
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Perform or assist with material take-offs, purchase orders, and budget development
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for WIP, budget updates, manpower planning, and profit projections
