We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to support our top-notch field team, with the ability and experience to manage multiple projects at one time. We are looking for someone with experience in the following markets including but not limited to K-12 schools, hospitality, office buildings, high rises, medical facilities, etc. Qualifications 1. Commercial plumbing field experience is required. 2. Journeyman license or above is preferred 3. Computer skills, including at least Word, Excel and one or more project management systems. 4. High level of proficiency in interpreting drawings and performing take-offs. 5. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 6. Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do what is necessary to get the job done. 7. Honesty, integrity and a strong desire to succeed. 8. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 9. Ability to deal judiciously and tactfully in human issues with colleagues. 10. Ability to work in and create and maintain positive teams. 11. Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in others and shift responsibilities to take advantage of those strengths. 12. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 13.
