JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Some experience in Project Management, although training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing distributors of BYD commercial vehicles, which includes managing sales target, delivery of vehicles, marketing and homologation of vehicles.
  • Assist in the appointment of distributors/dealers.
  • Maintain good relationship & rapport with customers and local authorities.
  • To assist in Sales Admin.
  • Assist in business administration, billing and credit control Billing and Credit Control:
  • Preparing sales invoices for billing to distributor(s) and customers.
  • Issue payment vouchers from vendors to Finance Team.
  • Administer overdue and outstanding payment term.
  • Identify and recover outstanding debts of the assigned accounts.
  • Pro-actively monitor receivables of the assigned accounts and explore probable solutions on difficult cases.
  • Follow-up and responding promptly to payment-related enquiries and feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies of the assigned accounts.
  • Facilitate Finance Team with receivable data updates of the assigned accounts for month-end closing.
  • Assist in launch events for commercial vehicles, bi-annual LTA Congress & Exhibition and various EV related exhibition and trade fair.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
