QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Project Management Qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven project delivery experience.
  • Experience in electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical works.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Full Australian working rights.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Program Manager, you’ll be part of a busy yet dynamic project delivery team responsible for managing end-to-end national projects. Your role will involve:

  • Leading projects from ideation to completion across multiple disciplines.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating project planning and risk mitigation sessions.
  • Designing and reviewing scopes of work.
  • Participating in tender processes (design, submission, and review)
  • Overseeing project budgets and financial KPIs.
  • Tracking progress and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supporting ad-hoc operational reporting aligned with business goals.

Project Planning (Primary Focus)

  • Define objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Plan resources (labour, materials, external support)
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and budgets.
