Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in managing and delivering commercial real estate projects end‑to‑end. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead the complete project lifecycle—from initiation to handover. Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Manage client communication and ensure expectations are met consistently. Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and risk assessments. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and manage project budgets. Track expenditures, approve variations, and minimize cost overruns. Ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations. Quality & Safety Management Enforce safety standards, quality checks, and regulatory compliance. Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and statutory norms. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation—progress reports, drawings, RFI logs, contractor bills, etc. Report progress to senior leadership with actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction tools (added advantage). Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred). 10–12 years of experience managing commercial building projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local regulations. Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction tools (added advantage).
