Support the planning, sequencing, and execution of home infill projects, including coordination of pre-work, vendor scheduling, inspections, and closeout. Partner with Operations and Asset Management to ensure projects are properly scoped, budgeted, approved, and tracked from start to finish. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates to support clear communication and accountability. Assist with acquisition-related due diligence by reviewing site conditions, existing infrastructure, and project feasibility for infill or redevelopment opportunities.
