As a member of The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple business and technical initiatives, with a primary focus on system implementations and migrations. This role ensures solutions are effectively deployed, integrated, and adopted across the organization or with clients. The Project Manager collaborates with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to manage scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational readiness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities acting in Project Manager Role Lead and oversee implementation and migration projects, ensuring scope, timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment are achieved. Develop and maintain project plans, communications, and status updates to provide transparency and track progress effectively. Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies; remove impediments and implement contingency plans as needed. Facilitate intake of requests and support prioritizing work to align with business objectives. Guide teams in applying Agile practices and values to deliver critical projects while ensuring adherence to PMO governance. Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and demos to drive collaboration, alignment, and project progress. Lead discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution in a transparent and safe environment where challenges can be addressed constructively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation and migration practices, tools, and methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience totaling at least 7 years, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in Project Management-related activities.” Strong knowledge of implementation lifecycles, system migrations, software deployment, and data integration processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical details into business-friendly language.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to manage shifting priorities and complex dependencies. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Background in financial services, SaaS, or enterprise technology implementations preferred.
