What you'll actually be doing:

• Leading site delivery — programme, quality, safety and cost
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Acting as day-to-day contact for the client and design team
• Controlling procurement, resource planning and budget
• Owning the technical and quality record through to handover
• Flagging programme and commercial risk early
• What we need:Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• PM level: 5+ years' project management in construction or civils
• Snr Project Engineer level: 4+ years' site engineering and ready to step up
• Experience across public, civils, building or private/residential
• Irish contract forms — PWC, RIAI, FIDIC or NEC
• Safe Pass and CSCS
