Introduction:
Description:
Who Are CPP?
CPP is a leading high-voltage infrastructure provider, connecting renewable energy projects to Australia’s electricity grid.
As a member of Quanta Services, a Fortune 500 company ranked #192 on the NYSX, we specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems.
Established in 1996, we’ve connected more wind farms and renewable batteries than any other company. With over 800 employees and offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, we partner with Australia’s major transmission providers to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.
Join us in shaping the future of energy.
CPP Civil
CPP have a dedicated in-house Civil construction department that plays a critical role in project delivery, providing scoping, estimating, management, and construction of civil works across transmission lines, renewables, and utility projects—giving us greater control over key project components.
Our capabilities include access tracks, roads, structural foundations, cable trenches, conduits, oil containment, and site infrastructure such as laydown areas and facilities. We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, and signage, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.
The Opportunity
Whilst CPP is mostly an electrical company, we do have our own internal Civil division which supports CPP's commitment to self-performance throughout the entire project lifecycle. In line with our growth, we are seeking 2 civil Project Managers who will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant substation and renewable energy projects across WA.
Reporting to the Civil Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end project management and technical leadership during the project life cycle to successfully deliver projects that contribute to Australia’s renewable energy future. As a natural leader you will manage a dynamic project team to successfully achieve profitability of projects through reaching time, cost and quality targets.
