QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field Degree
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry, with at least 3–5 years in Ras Alkhaimah UAE,
Strong knowledge of UAE Ras Al Khaimah Municipality building codes, regulations, authority approvals, etc. holding Ras Alkhaimah G+4 qualification
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Loyal and dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and strict ,and have strong team spirit.

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including design, procurement, execution, and close-out phases.
Lead project planning sessions and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project performance and progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Resolve project-related issues and delays, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Manage site teams, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
Ensure adherence to contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction standards are met.
Oversee project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.
