Description
DynaDome is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of custom, engineered enclosure systems from post-sale handoff through installation and project closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with customer expectations. This is not a traditional GC Project Manager role — the position focuses on coordinating engineering, fabrication readiness, and installation rather than managing subcontractor trades directly. Projects typically range from $200K to $2M and are managed concurrently at various stages. Requirements Take ownership of projects following contract execution and sales hand-off Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, general contractors, and project stakeholders Review project scope, drawings, and design intent to ensure readiness for execution Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and service teams to align project requirements Track project progress across engineering, fabrication, and installation phases Work closely with the service team to coordinate installation scheduling Identify and resolve issues related to drawings, site conditions, or project scope before they impact execution Manage project changes and communicate impacts to schedule and scope Lead project communication and maintain clear, organized documentation Oversee project closeout, including documentation and as-built coordination Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects High attention to detail and accountability Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for project support, including extended trips ranging from several days up to 4–6 weeks during active installations​ Experience Required 3+ years of experience in construction, project management, or engineered systems Experience coordinating projects involving design, fabrication, and installation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings Experience working with architects, general contractors, and field teams Familiarity with project tracking or management systems (Zoho, Procore, or similar) Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and responsibility level Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Company-paid AFLAC short-term disability and accident coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off Company-paid YMCA membership to support health & wellness Complimentary membership to a local indoor golf simulator facility Continuing education and professional development support Long-term career opportunity within a growing manufacturing company with integrated engineering, production, and installation teams This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring that details are addressed before they become problems in the field.
