Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-oriented Project Manager to join a reputed construction firm based in Dubai. The successful candidate will take charge of projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are executed within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. This position requires strong coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, while adhering to UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 6–8 years of demonstrated project management experience in the UAE or wider GCC region.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, technical standards, and project planning tools.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define objectives, scope, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Supervise on-site operations to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, timelines, and safety guidelines.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to align project goals.
  • Identify challenges or risks early on and implement proactive mitigation measures.
  • Track progress and prepare periodic updates for clients and management.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory, environmental, and HSE standards.
  • Conduct quality audits and site inspections to ensure work excellence.
  • Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of required materials and equipment.
  • Lead coordination meetings and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
