- Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations prioritizing safety.
- Facilitating communication with clients and suppliers.
- Developing and managing project schedules.
- Overseeing material procurement and resource allocation.
- Generating progress reports and other essential business documentation.
- Supervising in-house staff and subcontractors.
- Guaranteeing timely and accurate information flow to all involved parties.
- Upholding exceptional levels of customer service.
- Timely submission of payment applications.
- Fulfilling additional managerial duties to support the smooth functioning of our expanding construction enterprise.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive project management experience within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in planning and executing live construction projects, providing leadership to on-site teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong self-management skills, organizational prowess, and a flexible work approach.
