PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION & INTERIOR DESIGN

Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client is seeking a highly dynamic and energetic Project Manager to lead luxury construction and interior design projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate is proactive, business-minded, and has an entrepreneurial attitude. This role offers a dynamic, flexible work environment with opportunities for growth and an immediate start.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale construction and interior design projects.
· Luxury villa experience and Dubai project experience are mandatory.
· Proven track record in project leadership, client management, and team supervision.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; outgoing with strong personal skills.
· Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
· Proficiency in project management and design tools: MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project.
· Business-minded with entrepreneurial attitude and proactive, dynamic performer.
· UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory.
