This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead multiple residential renovation projects, overseeing every stage from initial planning to final inspections. You will manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards. Operating remotely while visiting job sites across the greater Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area, you will have the autonomy to make key decisions, streamline processes, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the residential construction portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Accountabilities: Oversee and manage 3-6 renovation projects per month, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans. Recruit, coordinate, and manage contractors and subcontractors across all trades. Monitor budgets and seek ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency in construction processes. Manage project timelines, inspections, and approvals to ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct final inspections of completed properties, documenting outcomes and taking detailed photos. Ensure equipment and resources are available and delivered to job sites as needed. 5+ years of experience in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and subcontractors effectively. Local residency in Virginia with the ability to travel to multiple job sites. Fully remote work with flexibility in schedule. Competitive base salary and performance bonus ($75,000–$105,000/year).
