DUTIES:

Coordinate all aspects of construction projects assigned both as Construction Manager and General Contractor.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Senor Project Managers are expected to execute the tasks as described in the CCDC-5A Construction Management Contract.
Senor Project Managers will manage our client’s larger, more prestigious construction projects. The expectation for excellence in executing all primary functions, responsibilities, and duties during all phases of construction is paramount.
