Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple live steelwork projects — from the design phase right through to installation on-site. You’ll work closely with the Design Office, Production Team, Clients, Suppliers, and Site Crews, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of the construction process, excellent coordination skills, and the drive to develop into a senior leadership role as the company continues to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the delivery of multiple steelwork and structural projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure project drawings and specifications are accurate and achievable
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure materials, resources and timelines align
  • Plan and organise site activities including lifting, fixing, and subcontractor coordination
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks and variations
  • Chair internal and external project meetings as required
  • Track project progress and report to senior management on milestones and performance
  • Ensure health and safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld throughout
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, reduce waste, and enhance project delivery
