We now have a vacancy for a Construction Project Manager to join our team on a large scale development in Limerick.

DESCRIPTION:

Overall responsibility for the coordination and management of the project, on time, on budget and to the agreed specification and quality.

• Supervising the project team in their delivery of all SHEQ requirements
• Client Facing
• Ongoing liaison with the Design team
• Ensuring all technical requirements of the project are delivered
• Overall responsibility for managing subcontractors
• Review construction programme and develop information requirement schedule.
• Attend all site meeting and specialist subcontractor meeting
• Gather all licences and approvals to allow the smooth running of the project.
• Ensuring all subcontract coordination is carried out to meet project requirements.
• Overall responsibility for Project Delivery on site
